Who this covers

This notice applies to SecVault Private Limited, an Indian company with CIN U74900DL2018PTC336450, and to the website secvault.dev. It does not cover systems SecVault builds and operates for clients, which are governed by the agreement with that client.

What we collect

Information you send through the project intake form: name, work email, company, optional company website, your description of the work, current stage, target timeline and any additional context you choose to add.

Limited technical information attached to that submission: the page the form was sent from, your browser user agent string, and a one-way hash of your network address used to limit automated submissions. We do not store the raw address.

The site loads no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking scripts.

Why we collect it

To read and respond to your enquiry, to assess whether the work is a fit, and to keep a record of business correspondence. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.

Legal basis

We process this information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Who can access it

Submissions are stored in a managed database and are not readable from the public website. Access is limited to SecVault personnel who need it to respond. Our hosting and database provider processes the data on our behalf under its own terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as they remain commercially relevant, and are then deleted. Confirm the specific retention period with us if you need it in writing.

Your requests

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Send the request from the address you used and we will act on it.

What not to send

Do not submit credentials, secrets, customer records, account numbers or regulated information through the form. If a discussion needs that material, we will agree a secure channel first.

Changes

If this notice changes, the updated version will appear on this page.
